FAQ’s

What is included in the ticket? You will receive a full day of interactive learning, certificate of completion (equivalent of 6.5 CPD points), meeting with sponsorship reps to discuss the latest products to market, networking with peers, morning tea, and lunch.
Dietary Requirements? When processing your ticket, please indicate if you have any dietary requirements in the nominated field. As our event is being held at a venue, please note that if your ticket is purchased within 10 days of the event, we may not be able to accommodate any dietary requirements.
Can I make a group booking and be invoiced? Yes. Please contact jenna.deyoung@woundinnovations.com.au for all your group booking needs.
What is your cancellation policy? As the event is partially catered for and the cost of the event is paid to the venue, based on the number of bookings. Cancellations are NON-Refundable or Transferrable to another date.

Are you eligible for a refund? If the event has been cancelled, Wound Innovations will offer a refund to all attendees. If the event has been postponed, we would love for you to still attend the revised date however, if you are unable to make the new date of the event, a refund can be processed.
What should you do if you can’t attend the new date? Please email reception@woundinnovations.com.au to advise that you are unable to attend the new event date and arrange a refund.
